Responsibilities
- Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
- Provide friendly and specialized customer service.
- Identify customer needs and suggest products to meet those needs.
- Convey product knowledge to customers.
- Participate as a productive and motivated team member.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements.
- Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
- Maintain store appearance according to Sephora's concepts and procedures.
- Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
- Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
- Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
- Maintain store safety standards.
- Be aware of competitor movements and special store events.
- Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
- Assist in training new consultants.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
