Responsibilities
- Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
- Provide friendly and specialized customer service.

- Complete all delegated tasks quickly and accurately.
- Maintain store security standards.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Be aware of special store events.
- Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
- Designated consultants should have knowledge of cashier functions.
- Ensure confidentiality of information.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
- Actively seek additional training when necessary.
- Assist in training new consultants.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
