Responsibilities
- Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store
- Provide friendly and specialized customer service
- Identify customer needs and suggest products to meet those needs
- Convey product knowledge to customers
- Participate as a productive and motivated team member
- Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements
- Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment
- Maintain store presentation according to Sephora's standards
- Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures
- Participate in stock control and quality assurance
- Complete delegated tasks promptly and accurately
- Ensure store safety standards
- Be aware of competitor activities
- Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards
- Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings
- Assist in training new consultants
