1. Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
2. Provide cordial and specialized service to clients.
3. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and propose potential solutions.
6. Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event presentation standards at all times.
7. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the store.
8. Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
9. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
10. Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
11. Maintain store safety standards.
12. Monitor competitor deliveries.
13. Complete all My Sephora Learning training sessions.
14. Seek additional training when necessary.
15. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
