23. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
24. Designated consultants should be knowledgeable about cashier functions.
25. Ensure confidentiality of information.
26. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
27. Actively seek additional training when necessary.
28. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

3. Ability to verbally communicate with customers and staff clearly.
4. Operate point of sale if qualified.
5. Handle and apply products to customers.
6. Availability and flexibility.
