- Designated consultants should be knowledgeable about cashier functions.
- Ensure confidentiality of information.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
- Actively seek additional training when necessary.
- Assist in training new consultants.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
- Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Logical reasoning.
- Ability to verbally communicate with customers and staff clearly.
- Operate point of sale if qualified.
- Handle and apply products to customers.
- Availability and flexibility.
- Adherence to dress code.
- Consistent and reliable service delivery.
Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.
High school diploma or equivalent.
