- Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
- Provide cordial and expert service to customers.
- Identify customer needs through effective inquiry and suggest suitable products.
- Convey product knowledge to customers.

- Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and propose solutions.

- Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
- Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
- Maintain store safety standards.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Be aware of special store events.
- Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
- Consultants should be knowledgeable about cashier functions.
- Ensure confidentiality of information.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
- Actively seek additional training when necessary.
- Assist in training new consultants.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
- Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Logical reasoning.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly.
- Ability to operate the point of sale, if qualified.
- Ability to handle and apply products on customers.
- Availability and flexibility.
- Adherence to dress code.
- Consistent and reliable customer service.
Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.
High school diploma or equivalent.
