1. Greet and enthusiastically attend to all customers entering the store.
2. Provide cordial and specialized customer service.
3. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
6. Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and potential solutions.
7. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
8. Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event presentation standards at all times.
9. Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
10. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
11. Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
12. Maintain store safety standards.
13. Stay informed about competitor activities and special store events.
14. Engage in programs to reduce stock loss and expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
15. Ensure confidentiality of information.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

3. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly.
4. Operate point of sale systems, if qualified.
5. Handle and apply products to customers.
6. Availability and flexibility.
7. Consistent and reliable service.

Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.
