1. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest products to meet those needs.
2. Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event promotion standards at all times, and stay informed about special store events.
3. Conduct timely and accurate inventory counts and maintain updated inventory records as needed.
4. Ensure compliance with merchandise receipt, transfer, and return procedures in the absence of the Administrative Supervisor or Stockist.
5. Perform cashier duties when necessary.

1. High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Experience in a senior sales position or retail leadership role is desirable.
3. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
