1. Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives, including paid services, classes, events, and loyalty programs.
2. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
3. Educate team members on service offerings, customer experience, and Sephora's core values to drive store and company goals.
4. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
5. Maintain awareness of Sephora's product, service, and event promotions at all times.
6. Conduct timely and accurate inventory counts and maintain updated inventory records as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with merchandise receiving, transfer, and return procedures in the absence of the Admin Supervisor or Stock Keeper.
8. Perform cashier duties when required.
