Sephora Sales Consultant II

- Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives, including paid services, classes, events, and loyalty programs.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
- Educate team members on service offerings, customer experience, and Sephora's core values to drive store and company goals.
- Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
- Maintain awareness of Sephora's product, service, and event promotions at all times.
- Conduct timely and accurate inventory counts and maintain updated inventory records as needed.
- Ensure compliance with merchandise receiving, transfer, and return procedures in the absence of the Admin Supervisor or Stock Keeper.
- Perform cashier duties when required.
- Strong customer service orientation

- Attention to detail in cash handling and inventory management
- Proficiency in understanding and promoting beauty products
No specific experience required, but prior retail or sales experience is advantageous.
