- Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives, including paid services, events, classes, loyalty programs, and cash handling.
- Educate teams about service offerings, customer experience, and how to integrate Sephora's values to drive store and company goals.
- Act as a sales product consultant, providing friendly service and demonstrating product knowledge to all customers.
- Maintain store appearance in accordance with Sephora's concepts and procedures.
- Support leadership in sales activities, operations, and assume responsibilities of the Sales Supervisor and ADM in their absence or when requested by the Manager.
- Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest products to meet those needs.
- Convey product knowledge to customers and assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and potential solutions.
- Perform services as needed and seek specialized knowledge in the area of expertise.
- Stay informed about market trends and maintain Sephora's standards for product, service, and event promotion.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the store.
- Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss and ensure safety standards and backstage organization.
- Perform cashier duties when necessary and conduct timely inventory counts, maintaining updated inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with merchandise receipt, transfer, and return procedures in the absence of the administrative supervisor or stockist.
- Previous experience in a sales consultant role within a retail or service industry environment.
- Ability to support supervisory and management responsibilities.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding store field objectives.
- Strong product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Organizational skills to maintain store standards and inventory records.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic administrative tasks.
Experience in a similar sales support, training, and customer service role, preferably in retail or service industries.
