19. Monitor competitor activities.

21. Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
22. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
23. Ensure confidentiality of information.
24. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
25. Actively seek additional training when necessary.
26. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Ability to verbally communicate clearly with customers and staff.
4. Ability to operate the point of sale, if enabled.
5. Ability to handle and apply products to customers.
6. Availability and flexibility.
7. Consistent and reliable service delivery.

Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent.
