- Implement and uphold Sephora's sales and service standards to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Support and mentor a team of Coordinators, Licensed Beauty Advisors, and Beauty Advisors to excel in their roles.
- Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain compliance with store standards to ensure a professional environment.
- Monitor and support client loyalty programs and services, analyzing key performance indicators to drive success.
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
- Demonstrated passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

Prior leadership experience in retail sales or services is preferred.
$21.40 - $26.35 per hour, with actual pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
