1. Implement and uphold Sephora's sales and service standards to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, in sales, service, and operational excellence.
3. Execute client service models and sales strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
4. Ensure compliance with store standards, maintaining a professional and inviting environment.
5. Monitor and support client loyalty programs, analyzing key performance indicators to ensure success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$26.00 - $31.85 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
