- Implement and uphold Sephora's sales and service standards to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Provide support and coaching to a team of Coordinators, Licensed Beauty Advisors, and Beauty Advisors.
- Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain compliance with store standards, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators to drive success.
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
