1. Implement sales and service experiences that align with Sephora's standards.
2. Support and coach team members in sales, service, and operations.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.

$27.15 - $33.41/hr. Actual hourly pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other business factors.
