1. Implement sales and service experiences that align with Sephora's high standards.
2. Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, in selling, service, and operations.
3. Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with store standards to maintain a professional environment.
5. Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.

$21.40 - $26.35 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
