- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement and expert product knowledge.
- Coach and develop team members by providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence and brand initiatives.
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.

- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment is required.
$27.15 - $33.41 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
