- Implement and uphold Sephora's sales and service standards to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, to enhance their performance in sales, service, and operations.
- Execute client service models and sales strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's store standards, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Support client loyalty initiatives and monitor key performance indicators to ensure program success.
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
- Demonstrated passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in retail sales or services.
$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
