1. Implement and uphold Sephora's sales and service standards to ensure an exceptional client experience.
2. Provide support and coaching to team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, to enhance their performance in sales, service, and operations.
3. Execute client service models and sales strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
4. Ensure compliance with store standards, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
5. Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators to ensure success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$28.00 - $34.30 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
