1. Implement sales and service experiences that align with Sephora's high standards.
2. Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, in selling, service, and operational excellence.
3. Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with Sephora's store standards and maintain a professional environment.
5. Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
