1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.

5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$28.00 - $34.30 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other business factors.
