- Implement and uphold Sephora's sales and service standards to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, to enhance their performance in sales, service, and operations.
- Execute client service models and sales strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's store standards, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators to ensure success.
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

$21.40 - $26.35 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
