1. Implement sales and service experiences that adhere to Sephora's standards.
2. Support and coach team members in selling, service, and operations.

5. Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.

$28.00 - $34.30 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
