Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Implement sales and service experiences in accordance with Sephora's standards.
- Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, in selling, service, and operations.
- Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with store standards, maintaining a professional environment.
- Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior leadership experience in retail sales or services is required.
$25.00 - $30.81 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
