Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer service environment (three years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams to achieve sales and service goals.
- Strong sales aptitude with a client-first mindset and demonstrable experience driving KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills and comfort in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
