1. Implement and maintain sales and service experiences that align with Sephora's standards.
2. Provide support and coaching to team members in sales, service, and operational tasks.
3. Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with store standards to maintain a professional environment.
5. Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators to ensure success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
