1. Implement sales and service experiences in alignment with Sephora's standards.
2. Support and coach team members in selling, service, and operations.
3. Execute client service models and sales strategies to drive customer engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with store standards, maintaining a professional environment.
5. Support client loyalty programs and services, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$28.00 - $34.30 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
