1. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
2. Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong sales and client service skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$24.00 - $31.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
