1. Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
2. Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
3. Coach and develop team members by providing ongoing feedback and support for growth.
4. Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
5. Assist with daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

4. Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
