- Implement and uphold Sephora's sales and service standards.
- Provide guidance and coaching to Coordinators, Licensed Beauty Advisors, and Beauty Advisors.
- Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with store standards and maintain a professional environment.
- Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior leadership experience in retail sales or services is required.
$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
