- Implement and uphold Sephora's sales and service standards.
- Support and mentor a team of Coordinators and Beauty Advisors.
- Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with store standards and maintain a professional environment.
- Monitor and support client loyalty programs, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
