1. Implement sales and service experiences in alignment with Sephora's standards.
2. Support and coach team members in selling, service, and operational excellence.

4. Ensure compliance with store standards to maintain a professional environment.
5. Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.

4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$27.15 - $33.41 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
