- Implement Sephora's sales and service experiences to meet company standards.
- Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, in sales, service, and operations.
- Execute the client service model and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with store standards to maintain a professional environment.
- Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

$26.00 - $31.85 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
