1. Implement sales and service experiences that align with Sephora's standards.
2. Support and coach team members, including Coordinators, Licensed Beauty Advisors, and Beauty Advisors, in sales, service, and operations.
3. Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with store standards, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
5. Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Previous leadership experience in retail sales or services is required.

$26.00 - $31.85 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
