- Implement sales and service experiences that meet Sephora's standards.
- Support and coach team members in selling, service, and operations.

- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.

$23.00 - $28.25/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience.
Comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Flex (on demand) position available for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week.
