1. Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
2. Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
3. Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and development to elevate performance.
4. Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
5. Assist with daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
6. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
2. Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.

5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$25.00 - $30.81/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience.
