1. Implement and uphold Sephora's sales and service standards to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, to excel in their roles.
3. Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with store standards, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
5. Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior leadership experience in retail sales or services is required.

$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
