1. Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.

3. Coach and develop team members by providing ongoing feedback and support.
4. Train staff in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives.
5. Assist with daily operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
2. Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong sales and client service skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$25.00 - $30.81 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
