- Implement sales and service experiences that align with Sephora's high standards.
- Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, in sales, service, and operational excellence.
- Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with store standards to maintain a professional environment.
- Monitor and support client loyalty programs, tracking key performance indicators for success.
- Prior leadership experience in retail sales or services.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
