1. Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
2. Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
3. Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
4. Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
5. Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

7. Ensure adherence to company policies and create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

4. Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$27.15 - $35.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
