- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement and personalized recommendations.
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise.
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with company policies to create a safe shopping environment.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.

- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
