1. Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.
2. Drive store performance through strong client engagement and expert product knowledge.
3. Coach and develop team members, providing ongoing feedback and support for growth.
4. Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence and product expertise.
5. Assist with daily operations including inventory management and visual merchandising.

7. Ensure adherence to company policies and create a safe shopping experience.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
2. Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong sales and client service skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
