Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead by example to motivate and coach store teams to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.
- Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, personalized client consultations and active client engagement.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development to support team growth and succession.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning on brand initiatives, loyalty programs and service protocols.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and maintenance of store standards.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, teamwork and adherence to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain flexible availability to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet scheduled hours.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing service environment.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and inspire frontline teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Strong client service and sales conversion skills with demonstrable product knowledge across beauty categories.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
