- Implement sales and service experiences that meet Sephora's standards.

$25.00 - $30.81/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience.
Sephora offers comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Flex (on demand) position available for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week.
