1. Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
3. Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
4. Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during the checkout process.
5. Train and educate store teams on service offerings and customer experience best practices.

1. Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.

Prior experience in retail sales and service, ideally in a coordinator role, is required.

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
