1. Coordinate services and events, managing schedules to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
3. Deliver exceptional service by providing personalized client experiences and contributing to sales goals.
4. Execute daily operations, including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
6. Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness and empowerment.
7. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe shopping experience.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
2. Passion for client service, teamwork, and supporting team development.

1. Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$21.00 - $25.73 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
