- Coordinate services and events to enhance the client experience.
- Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
- Support team development through coaching and promoting loyalty programs.
- Deliver exceptional service and contribute to sales goals.
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with visual merchandising to align with Sephora’s brand guidelines.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
- Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe shopping environment.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
- Passion for client service and team development.
- Ability to coach and guide team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
