1. Coordinate services and events to enhance the client experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Support team development through coaching and promoting loyalty programs.
4. Deliver exceptional service and contribute to sales goals.
5. Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, and administrative tasks.
6. Assist with visual merchandising to align with Sephora’s brand guidelines.
7. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
8. Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe shopping environment.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
2. Passion for client service and team development.
3. Ability to coach and guide team members effectively.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
3. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
