- Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Coordinate paid services, events, and classes.
- Implement and support loyalty programs.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
- Train store team members on service offerings and customer experience.
- Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role, is required.
$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
