1. Coordinate services and events to enhance the client experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Assist in coaching team members to improve service skills and promote loyalty programs.
4. Deliver personalized client experiences and contribute to sales goals.
5. Support inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
6. Assist with visual merchandising to maintain Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
7. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
8. Ensure adherence to company policies for a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

2. Ability to coach and guide team members effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
5. Quick learning ability with a focus on product knowledge.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$19.50 - $25.05/hr, dependent on qualifications and experience.
