- Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Coordinate paid services, events, and classes to enhance client engagement.
- Implement and support loyalty programs to drive customer retention.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the checkout process.
- Train store team members on service offerings and customer experience best practices.
- Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
Prior experience in retail sales and service, ideally in a coordinator capacity, is required.
$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
